We provide partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), private retreats, and individual wellness services to adults seeking mental health treatment.

  • To conduct internal quality assurance and staff training (call recordings)

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

4.1 Program Description

Redefine Wellness & Treatment operates an SMS messaging program used to communicate with prospective and current clients regarding treatment inquiries, appointment reminders, admissions coordination, and general program information. Messages are sent through our communications platform, CallTrackingMetrics.

4.2 How You Opt In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, inquiry form, or admissions intake form — or by texting us directly — you expressly consent to receive text messages from Redefine Wellness & Treatment at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of treatment or of receiving any service.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to your inquiry, admissions process, or appointment scheduling. Typical frequency is 1–5 messages per month, though this may vary based on your active inquiry or treatment status.

4.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

4.5 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent, except as required by law. To re-subscribe, text START.

4.6 Help

4.7 Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is available on most major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS. Carrier availability is not guaranteed for all service areas.

4.8 No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be used internally to improve our communications program.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with vendors and technology partners who assist us in operating our website, communications systems, and admissions processes (e.g., CallTrackingMetrics, CRM platforms, email service providers). These parties are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

6. HIPAA and Protected Health Information

If you become a patient at Redefine Wellness & Treatment, your clinical and treatment information is Protected Health Information (PHI) and is governed by HIPAA and our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive during the intake process. This Privacy Policy applies to pre-treatment inquiries and general website use, not to PHI generated during the course of treatment.
