Some special considerations are persons diagnosed with active basil cell carcinoma, women who are pregnant should consult their physician before beginning red/NIR light therapy treatments, clients with Epilepsy should consult their physician before beginning red/NIR light
therapy treatments, and taking medications that cause sensitivity to light (example: tetracycline).
How often should I use the red light therapy bed?
Frequency varies based on your individual needs. For optimal results, many people start with 2-5 sessions per week and adjust as needed.
Will I feel anything during the session?
Most people find red light therapy relaxing and do not feel excessive heat or discomfort. You may experience a soothing warmth during treatment and you will have the option to have the cooling fan on or off depending on your comfort level.
How long does a session last?

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Eye protection is provided, and going nude is recommended to maximize light exposure to your skin. If you prefer to wear clothing, we suggest minimal, light-colored garments to allow the light to penetrate effectively.

What if I am Claustrophobic?
Our beds feature a button insde of the bed that allows you to control how much the bed closes. You are welcome to leave it open and adjust it as you get more comfortable.
